Principal Bob Charchun
Bob Charchun brings a wealth of experience and leadership to Blessed Carlo Acutis Catholic High School (BCA), having served as Principal of Our Lady of Mount Pleasant Catholic School (OLMP) from 2021 to 2025 and previously at St. Patrick Catholic School from 2017 to 2021. Bob has had the benefit of having leadership experience in all grade levels, pre-K through to Grade 12 and has been part of the great community of Camrose and the St. Francis Xavier parish going on 26 years.
His previous roles have included teacher, Athletic Director, Facilitator, and Assistant Principal spanning 25 years within Elk Island Catholic Schools. With a strong commitment to faith-based education and student wellness, Bob is excited to help shape the culture and programming of BCA from the ground up.
Assistant Principal Jaymie Reinhart
Jaymie Reinhart enters her new role at BCA after two years as Assistant Principal at OLMP, where she also served as the Academic Advisor and Inclusive Facilitator for high school students and taught Chemistry. Jaymie has been a part of the OLMP team for the past 12 years, and has strong community connections as a member of St. Francis Xavier Parish Council, OLMP basketball coach and community soccer coach.
With a background in inclusive education and a deep love for the sciences, Jaymie is passionate about creating a flexible, student-centred learning environment. She has visited the resting place of Blessed Carlo Acutis in Assisi, Italy and is inspired by his legacy of faith and service.
